Tenants who are paying the annual or semi-annual installment rent with financial aid must follow the payment set forth below. This is our new Payment Deadline for those who are awaiting financial aid disbursement from a bank or the University.
Step 1– Must pay the equivalent of one months rent payable by original due date of the installment date on your lease (July 10 for 1st installment,, December 15 if it is 2nd installment). You can figure out 1 month’s equivalent by taking your amount due and dividing by 6. Mark on invoice “Financial Aid ” and send in by the due date.

Step 2 – Balance of installment payment due upon receipt of financial aid. The deadlines for this are September 1 (if 1st installment payment), or January 10 (if 2nd installment payment). All financial aid awards are dispersed by then. If your financial aid is delayed, see notes below.
- All rental payments are due by the revised student loan deadlines of Sept. 1 and Jan. 10. Please make other arrangements, and have a backup plan, in case there is an issue with your student loan or financial aid coming in on time.
- TPM Management, Inc may ask for proof of financial aid application and verification that it is approved.
