Thank you for submitting an application with TPM Management, Inc for one of our high quality rental properties. Once we receive your entire groups security deposits and applications, you will receive via e-mail a lease agreement that will need to be signed and returned via regular mail. There may be a step before that where you will chose your unit, but please make sure you submit your security deposit soon after your application.
ONLINE PAYMENT: We use PayPal as our CREDIT CARD processor for security deposits. However, you DO NOT need a PayPal account as it is only used to process the credit/debit card. A PayPal fee of $5 is added to your transaction as a “shipping fee” for using the online service. Choose your complex with corresponding Security Deposit Amount, click PAY DEPOSIT and proceed as instructed. If you are paying on behalf of the tenant and have a different last name, please e-mail us and let us know so we can cross reference and apply the payment to the correct person (e-mail: manager@TPMmanage.com) .Questions? MAIL PAPER CHECK OPTION: You can also choose to send a PAPER check with no additional fees. If mailing a paper check, please make Payable to TPM Management, Inc in the amount listed in the drop down menu above that corresponds with the complex you will be living in and mail to:
